All the events during these 3 days will be at the Club Hotel Marina Beach, located in the city of Orosei in Sardinia.
How to get to Sardinia and the resort?
There are 2 main airports in Sardinia: Alghero and Olbia.
Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport
Alghero - Riviera del Corallo Airport
We HIGHLY recommend landing in Olbia, as it is a 1-hour drive away from Orosei. The resort offers a shuttle service that can be scheduled for pick-up and drop-off to and from the resort to the airport in Olbia. Guests are required to make that reservation with the resort in advance to ensure a ride. Renting cars at the airport is also an option, just be sure to make the reservation in advance.

Valid passport with at least 6 months before expiration
VISA: EU residents, US citizens, Colombian, Venezuelan, Brazilian, Mexican, Canadian, DO NOT require a visa. A visa might be necessary if you are not from one of those nationalities. Please verify with your Italian consulate or contact us.

Flying to Olbia:
We highly recommend using booking.com, to look at flights.
Sardinia is a seasonal tourist spot. Because May is the very beginning of the season, there are not as many international flights that land in Olbia that early in the season. That being said, we took the liberty to look at the flights depending on where the guests fly from. Here are a few options:
DISCLAIMER: The focus was on having only one layover while leaving at the latest possible, to arrive on time. One layover can be quite expensive compared to 2 or more.
